SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:
All of our products are handmade with love here in the Puckerlicious Bellaire. We make a fair batch of products to have on hand so that our cookies can get their self care products in a good time, depending on our order demand it can take a little longer. We ask that you give
7-14 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped. When selecting expedited shipping that doesn’t change the processing time. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned back to us due to you putting the wrong shipping address, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you.

We ship all international packages using USPS First Class Mail International (7-21 business days). Also, remember that it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay all custom fees and charges. We will not cover these fees. If you do not pay the custom fees, your order will be shipped back to us.
